Palm Beach County Short Sale Completed

Yet another one for the books. Client came to us in need to sell their home bfore foreclosure. A summary judgment was issued by the courts for a sale of the property is 30 days. The home was placed on the market for sale in the local MLS and we had it under contract in 2 weeks. The attorney's office was critical in making this deal go through since we needed to halt the sale of the property. The sale was in fact stopped and the property closed a couple of weeks past the sale date issued by the court. Another foreclosure prevented!
