Sarasota Home Owner Needed Desperate Help

A home owner in Sarasota came to us when their loan modification did not pan out due to the lender only reducing the payments by $100 per month on a $2000 a month mortgage. We listed the proeprty for sale and walked the client through the process. The home went under contract and we sent the paperwork to our attorney for review (for free) and finally off to the lender. The lender did finally approve the short sale and the owner avoided foreclosure.
