Miami home set for auction!

These are always the most stressful situations but we helped the client feel at ease knowing we have been through this before. The home had an auction date set for 30 days from the time they contacted us. We placed the property for sale with no time to waste. The property was under contract within 7 days and all the paperwork was off to the lender for approval. We received a quick approval after only 4 weeks. Of course the sale date for the property came and went so the sale went through and the owner prevented foreclosure. The home was bought for $600,000 and sold for $325,000.
